What is going on with the completely random results system?

Please would sort out the system you use for producing the results. I have noticed lately that results are becoming more and more random. In one game world last week, I won 7-1 away from home and 5 other teams won 5-0 away from home. one game was Man Utd 0-5 Shaktar - WHAT A JOKE. what are you basing the results on? its ridiculous. why spend months building top squads, only to lose to the worst team in the league at home when all their players are useless or unfit. My barca side in WC7310 won 15 of their first 19, then lost 15 of their next 24.. thats ridiculous!! same players, same formation what is going on?! and why dont sendings off seem to affect results? Also, you have introduced these friendlies, yet my teams seem to always lose them, against unmanaged clubs with loads of players out of position!!! Also, why dont you have a process for logging complaints about the game? its as if you dont like negative feedback. please deal with the results system, otherwise I will quit the game

    It's all messed up. The results are unrealistic. You're building a team with 95 average and all in 100% condition, and you lose to some 87 rated team... I just paid for gold membership, and I wanna get what I paid for, that's why I'll wait 'till it's end and will quit this stupid game.

    Yeah I am also like that.My Team is Manchester United and also first time I win so many games and now lose Rubin and Dynamo Kiev and also some low teams lose! I dun understand this condition.My team has so world class players and I lose several times and lose some small teams.What happening like that?
