No, when a player joins the loan club they an use him as they see fit with no restrictions placed by the player's parent club, so if you have loaned the player in, you can use him against the parent club. If you have loaned the player out, you may have to prepare to face him.
In my opinion there should be the option of players being ineligible against their parent club, perhaps for a reduced contribution to the player's wages by the loan club. Could be worth mentioning to sm.
