    Simply click on a player in your squad that is 21 years of age or younger, and then in the Player Options section on the bottom of his profile, you will see a tab that says "Squad Status." Click on that tab and then you can click the "Youth/First Team" button to toggle between the First and Youth squads.

    if they are under 21 click on thier name and click on squad status and then click youth/first team.
