The player oftenly played in the last 7-8 games since the last concern lvl 4 and still the level of the concern goes up? And the player demand to be transfered, can you please check again. Thanks

It takes longer than 7/8 games to stop a player developing another concern. As soon as he reaches level 4 you need to play him in at least 25/30 games. So unlucky lol.

It's because even if he has been playing recently, he probably knows that he will not be apart of the team in the long term.
