Division 1 poor crowds?

Additional Details

I play as Walsall and we've been in Division 1 for three seasons now, and we play in the SMFA Shield as well, so we've finished the seasons in good table position. However, this season, our average crowds are down to 16,000 per game? Surely we'd have more support than that by now???

    I think crowds are based on performances. If you want a higher crowd, win more matches.
