Why an external club is not bidding for their player(s) ? and why haven't SM answered yo my previous Question ?

Firstly, a season ended and now a new season has started and i hardly had any money to buy new players. I put certain players on the transfer market but their parent club(external club controlled by SM) haven't bid anything yet?? why is this how am i suppose to compete with the best who have money, bigger stadium and hence better players !!!
and its been 2 days and SM have not yet replied to my previous question yet as well ?? is there anybody who works here to answer the questions ??

because the new season started so you will lose your all money and sm are not answering your previous question because they do not know
