follow the steps(or buttons):
1)click the "Home" button on the left of your screen
2)select one of your clubs(for example Lille OSC)
3)on the left of yur screen you will see several options(or button). select the "Transfers" button. When you click, it will appear you 4 options(or buttons).
4)select the "Search" button.
There you can will see the "Specific Search" area and the "Advanced Player Search" area.

Use the "Specific Search" area if you want to find a player.For example you can type there Neymar.

OR

Use the "Advanced Player Search" area, if you want to search for a number of players depended on the options you want(for example: Position Fwd, Rating 91-96 etc)

When you find the player you want to buy. Click on the player name. There you will see a various of options:
1)Player Details
2)Statistics
3)Player History
4)Contact Manager
5)Shortlist Player
6)Make a Transfer Bid
7)Make a Loan Bid

Select the "Make a Transfer Bid" button. Then you will have to type your offer, then click the "Propose Offer" button and "Confirm Offer".
