Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

    Go to your SM home page and then click on 'My Game Worlds' in the upper left-hand sidebar. On the next screen, you'll see a list of your Game Worlds, find your preferred Game World and click on 'Admin Custom Game World' next to it. You'll will then see a list of all the clubs in your Game World with a drop-down list next to a button titled 'Offer'. Simply find your friend in the list and click on the offer button.

    Beforehand, make sure that your friends have you added on your profile by clicking the Add to Friends link in your profile so that you can accept their request so that they appear on the drop down list.
