Dude, seriously how are you 141m in debt. That is impossible and unheard of. Being in debt means that you can't sign any players so naturally all bid attempts are being blocked. Sell players, win stuff to get yourself debt free.

u need to sell the players with the highest wages to balance the books, then make sure your income every week is more than players wages and ground costs. simple maths, also, if you have a £300miliion squad and play in a stadium under 20,000 capacity you will get into debt really quickly...this game isn`t just about on the field football management, its CLUB management.
