I would like an assistant to manage the second team and loan players from my first team etc - how do I do this ?

well I have taken Rangers and then 3rd Division side Mortonb who have good bunch of youth and some older experience - I took the second team so I can loan my younger Rangers to Morton for play time

First thing first you need to stop your blah blah. And second thing I'm not sure u can even hire an agent on this game. But if u can make a fake user and make him as your new agent. Duh kinda obvious.

I'm afraid there is no such thing as assistant managers on SM. However, you are free to send in a suggestion to SM to add this feature - http://www.soccermanager.com/suggestions.php
