    If you click on the player you want to sign, click Make Transfer Bid once their profile appears. You can then make a transfer offer including one or two of your own players in part exchange.

    It should be pretty clear how to bid from this point onwards; the players you can offer are shown in a drop down menu under the heading Construct Deal.

    You need to satisfy both chairman though. There is lots of Online Help about the chairmen, and the SMFA, who govern all transfers. Bear the latter in mind, especially, if you are dealing with a friend.
