Can't recall player on permanent season long loan. Do I've to wait to end of game world or player's real world season for recall option?

You've gotta wait for the season to be over in your GW - not real life.

You can simply Call back the person. Loan deals are season long with the parent club paying 50% of the wages and the club that loan him pay 50% of his wages. Loan deal can be terminated at any point by either parties. you can click on the player and recall him back at any point in time you find that you need him
