a manager has been cheating sice last season in league 5181 why his team have not been deducted points

in league 5181 the manager of liverpool sevdail kerqeli keeps cheating this time he is managing 3 teams wolves west brom and liverpool he is selling a player worth 5 million for 20 million to one of his other teams why is this being allowed and no points deducted so he won't do it again

Lol you don't get point deducted on this game. You get a warning and then you get kicked out. But you need to report him first...
