How is it possible that a right or left midfielder can't play anymore in a 352 system?

In the new system, it is not possible anymore to play with a right midfielder on the right side of the 3-5-2 system. As the system says, it has 5 midfielders, why there has to play a right back then? What is that for logic?

I have tried using M(R) for right side of 3-5-2 and it has no problem for me.. I doubt are you using the wrong player on that position? I guess you are using AM(R) on that position right?
