cant find playing style option in tactics

hi,
i am new to this game, so trying to add playing style of "playmamker", "targetman", "counter attack" and etc but for some reason i do not have these options available to me. all i have in "instruction" is tackling style, mentality, passing style, attacking, tempo and pressing but no "playing style" which is very important for me.
please help

you should open a ticket to ask the devs. It was available in the past but it cannot be found now. Yet it is viewable when you select last fixtures.

Soccer Manager is very different from other soccer games that it does not have tactics like counter attack or whatsoever.. so all you can manage for your team tactics is just the team instruction and player instruction as displayed on the tactics page.. other than that you can manage your in-game instruction if you wanted to make substitution during the match.. hope this helps you..
