I got scammed, how can i ask for help?

Hi i was scammed by managed name alma twiga the Man City manager of gold league 483. I manage athletico madrid, and i had a deal with him where i would trade him dybala for kompany , and he then sells me nolito for base value. The first part of the deal went through with him getting sybala, but now he is refusing to sell me nolito as we agreed.

You can clearly see in this mail the agreement. Is there any way i can contact the smfa about this?

sadly there`s nothing you can do! sm wont do anything about this as this is not cheating or breaking any rules as you two made the agreement!! so sadly fella you have been done a good one there.
