Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

It is also telling me I haven't completed the tutorial, which i did when i first started playing...
I would contact SM via email at contactus@soccermanager.com to find out what has happened to your account. It seems they have taken away all of your reputation also.
