SM tries to keep the Game Worlds fair. If there is some suspicion of compromising the transfer market or fixing results, they will take action.
This is why SM encourages friends, family, and coworkers to join Custom setups where SMFA monitoring of transfers can be turned off. Standard Game Worlds are run by SM and they have every right to take action in those setups.
