some managers have had players for sale for months but wont accept or decline bids, also other managers wont acknoledge a bid that u make. cant u put something in so managers have to address these bids out of common decency?
I think it is simply because managers are not forced in real life. If Sir Alex Ferguson sends an offer to Jose Mourinho, he is not forced to pick up his phone or answer a text message, etc. etc.
That is just my opinion. Plus, there is no reason to force anyone to do anything in general other than log in within a certain period of time.
