Why is the players' concern level going up even though I am playing him every game

I have one of the players' concern (Concern due to Lack of games) went from Level 4 to Level 5 even though I am playing him every single game since I realized that he is at level 4. I thought if I play him in every game, that should be enough to prevent from going up to level 5. Anyone had the same problem with that?

    That happened wt one of my players. I took over a club and he was at level 1, I was playing him and eventually I noticed it increased to level 2. I just continued to play him even when he was not match fit and his concerns went back to level 1. I think it has to do with how often the game worlds get updated.... Or I was thinking that my player needed to play more games than the others in his team.....especially the players that shared his position.
    I guess if he wants to play and he isn't fit.....play him regardless.

    i'm not completely sure but he probably doesn't like playing at the club anymore and wants to move.
