How long does it take for level 1 concern to become level 5?

    It's difficult to say as SM keep tweaking the timing.

    Originally concerns were reviewed about once every three months. This would mean 15 months.

    Now, it seems to be quite a bit less; one to two months each time; meaning 5-10 months.

    You will receive a Club Message saying if a player reaches a high level concern, so you should be well aware when it is getting close.
