Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

i recently won a cup but the 3.5m prize money has not shown on my available balance, im not sure how to get this rectified, any ideas please

my cup prize money has not shown on my available balance, i received gate receipts etc but the balance did not include that.
i do not know who to contact to try and sort it. i am huddersfield in div3 so its money that is greatly needed!! any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

This sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
