Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

my player conditions are not updated today....????

my entire squads player condition has not updated...i have got a match today....and most of my players are at risk of being injured...!!!!

You need to submit a bug ticket in this case, although it is worth noting that fitness is not guaranteed to update at specific times of the day.
