Can a player level 5 concern on transfer list be reversed by playing him again regularly.

A manager in my custom game world has a player rated at 91 and level 5 concern put on transfer list whilst injured. Is there any way this can be reversed. Also game world is capped at 90 for transfers so who will be able to buy him .

No, once transfer listed by request it stays that way.
If you have custom rules preventing managers from signing him then I would assume he could be purchased by an external club or will just stay put.Answered by
