why keep making players unh. when play when they are fit? and some good players trapped wiht unmanaged clubs no sense in this

i have a player on level 2.but players when he is fit the game world makes the rules and he cant play every game so why make him unh no sense in that? and why let good players be trapped with unmanged clubs.make a rule if you want a player change him for the same rated so no players would be trapped, when the one day managers play the game
