right now i would not recommend to join as gold member or purchase a game world. since i did both of these things i cant even find a way of contacting them.

    It is easy to contact them; but it depends what you are trying to contact them about? Most topics are covered by the Online Help and the in-game reporting tools.

    Their email address is under the General Terms and Conditions sections of the Terms Of Use though, and there is also an address on the Contact Us page.
