why hasnt edinson cavani or victor ruiz gone up in rating?

edinson cavani scored 26 league goals in serie A and is still rated 91? victor ruiz was a star performer for espanyol before his big money move to napoli...he has become a regular at Napoli, why is he still rated at 87?

Updates for Serie A happen at certain dates, just got to wait until they decide to update the league. It's annoying because Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jay Spearing are heavily under rated at the moment, but with it being the end of season in real life, there is no form to suggest this.
