Why are there no Chilean game worlds?
Have a look at Beattie's Chilean Adventure (Game Number 47326). It is a Custom World owned by me, open to all. It contains all the Chilean Primera Division clubs as they were around 12 months ago.

SM doesn't give an explicit reason for this, but I would assume it is because there is not a lot of demand for a Chilean setup.
In any case, I'm sure there are SM members that would want to participate in such a setup, so I would advise you to send in a suggestion to SM via this link - http://www.soccermanager.com/suggestions.php SM surely will not see your request in the Answer Centre.
By posting a question in the Answer Centre, you are talking to fellow members and not those who work for SM.
