In a custom game world . Can I set up just one league with no relegations?

And Can I give cash to clubs to make sure between players and money that they are of equal value starting out?
Answers
When you create a new Game World, you have the ability to set whatever rules you please. Some examples of options you will have are the following:
*Control your league's economy level (i.e. strong, weak, etc.)
*Turning player concerns on or off
*Turning SMFA control of transfers on or off
*Allowing managers to buy from external clubs or not
*Setting transfer windows
*Buying players only from the nationality of the club you manage
and so much more.
