Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Question
I have two players on my shortlist that I want to sign. However their current club is unmanaged and only has 21 players? Solution?

Answers
You cannot buy those players until that team gains more players. Maybe research if any of your players play for that team. if so, you can put that player on transfer market and usually that club will put in a bid for him. Then they will have 22 players and you can buy one of them.
