how do i get a game world open after the owner has quit and put loads of blocks on transfers

he was a guy i used to work with and his been put in prison for 3 attempted murders but last season he put blocks on transfers how do i get them lifted as his not gonna be coming on this game for a good few years

If the Game World becomes available as a Pre-Owned Game World, you could purchase it via the SM Shop.
