My drag and drop feature is not working in the tactics screen. It does not stop 'loading'. how do I make it work again?

Additional Details

When I enter the tactics screen, it just keeps on loading and I am only able to use the traditional drop down box to set up anything. the drag and drop feature never loads successfully.

Please advice if it is a setting in my browser or ?

    It could be a browser setting, but your best bet is to send in a bug ticket so that they can investigate that it's not a bug on SM's part.

    There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
