Does a player who gets injured in the game get substituted automactically.
No substitutions are made beside those you set up in your In Game Instructions.
I don't think that the match engine is currently sophisticated enough to actually recognise injuries during the game so even though it may say an injury occured during the game, the match engine keeps on calculating it as though XI v XI. I think.
