Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

what can i do to get rid of the player file description such as Unh, NMF, and all those info?

I want to know how to get rid of these descritpions. i have been to all the links but sitll can't find it.
Answers
UNH = unhappy. This means that you will have to review your players' concerns and adjust your squad accordingly to make them unhappy, if you wish to remove their concern.
NMF = Not Match Fit. This means that your player is not in a condition to play in a game and will have to be rested in order to regain his fitness levels.
