I have been in a setup for 2 years now since it was created. In that time I have built my team up to being one of the best in the setup. 70% of the managers in the setup are my mates but everytime a manager quits these days we have a 40rep manager join and start selling their best players to certain clubs. This has happend so much that its obvious its cheating and someone is out to spoil the setup, what can you do to stop this? The cheating report system is automated so basically if they are smart enough to use different IPs they get away with it. Is there anyway to get the cheats out?
One way is to set up a private league amongst friends. If you have enough interested people, they are less likely to cheat against each other.

To report match fixing:
To report Match Fixing go to the Match Report you believe was fixed and click on the Report Match Fixing link.
To report multiple accounts:
To report a manager you believe are either the same person or behaving inappropriately in your Game World visit the Club List page.
To report illegal transfers:
If you go to Transfers > All Transfers when logged into your club then there is the option to report any illegal deals. There is a link on the left of this screen for Report Cheating which explains this.
