I am trying to join the same gold game world as one of my friends in work but it wont let me, is this because we have the same external IP?

Additional Details

There are 500+ employees in our business and we all have the same external IP address, i understand the SMFA not allowing us to do transfers between each other, but why wont they let us join the same gold game world, its not like we are going to destroy it by doing transfers between each other cos we cant...

    Me and my friend from the other side of town can't even join the same game worlds.

    Once you get a few transfers blocked between each other they label you "cheaters" and you can't join the same worlds.

    The automated system needs changes ASAP
