my squad is at 21 players, so cant buy or sell players as minus money, so theres nothing i can do but keep going further into debt???

    If its minus money, you cannot buy players.
    If your squad has 21 players you cannot sell player or players.

    So, what you need is to set some of your players to transfer list and wait for offers with:
    1) part-exchange player(or players) plus cash or
    2) part-exchange only.
