I have two players level 3 concern for lack of games yet they have both played the last 10+ games in a row... someone help!?

I have been trying to lower their concerns so i have been playing them every game possible but they are still level 3 concern, is there anything i can do to change this?

it takes time to go down, more than it takes to go up. It's not important they play 10 game in a row, it's important they play regular games during the whole season
