why can't i apply for my team after i lost it due to not logging on for 15 days ?

i didn't log on for 2 weeks and i lost my team (lyon) but i can't reapply for the team even though it's still vacant?

It is probably under offer to another manager, or has been recently offered to another manager, without you realising. The club then enters a transitional period of seven days. This can happen more than once without you realising.
