Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

a transfer request was sent 2me regarding 1 of my player and av not been able to accept it
Answers
when a player of your squad is at level 5 and request a transfer you wont be able to accept or reject his deals. The chairman is responsible for that.
