APPARENTLY UNMANGED CLUBS WHO DONT OWN A PLAYER IN REAL LIFE WILL BID FOR YOUR PLAYER IF HE IS ON THE TRANSFER LIST...HOW OFTEN DOES THIS HAPPEN AS IV HAD PLAYERS ON TRANSFER LIST AND RECEIVED NO BIDS BUT ANOTHER MANAGER PUTS PLAYERS ON ALL THE TIME AND SELLS THEM STRAIGHT AWAY TO UNMANGED TEAMS SOMEHOW??????
The best thing to do with unwanted players is to do player exchange deals with them from external clubs.
If you have inherited lots of 60-70 raters then it might prove best to just release them as they all eat into your wage bill. This isn't always possible to do based on your current squads ability though.

In most cases if you have a player transfer listed then you will receive a bid from unmanaged club after 24 hours. Of course sometimes it might take longer, but at mostly in one and a half or two weeks you will have receive an offer.
