How can I get a player to change the position in which he plays?.. eg. If I have a player that plays naturally as a Winger, but want him to play in an additional position, such as Fwd, so that he becomes a WGR/FWD.. How can this be done?
You can use the "In-Game Instructions". Go to club, tactics and there you will see that tab, its the third one.
Another option is to use the "runs" system. Select the "Pre-Match Instructions" and on the "Pitch Display - Starting XI & Line-up" click on a player name. Then there will appear around the player gray circles, click on one of those and you wil see a yellow arrow. This is used when you want to give an advice to your player to make runs at the arrow direction. Also this option is available and in "In-Game Instructions".
