How do i stop emails off sm?

i keep getting loads of emails off sm and there clogging up my email how do i turn it off?

    go to "HOME" -> "Account Settings" there select "Email Notifications and Chat". Set to "on" if you want to receive email or "off" if not in each notification that you want.
