How can you quit your international side without having to quit your club side too?

Additional Details

The 'Help' topics seem to be out of date as the way they tell you to do it is as it was before they updated the site. I've tried clicking on the 'x' in the Home Menu but I don't want to leave my club side and there doesn't appear to any other way that I can see.
