y do clubs dont realease cash in mid seasons

This is not currently done in Soccer Manager.
However suggestions for getting money would be:
1. Selling players in the transfer market
2. You may get small amounts of money; probably only a few hundred thousand every week if you manage to make a profit for that week, check the finances for this information.
3. At the end of the season you will receive a sum of money depending on your league position AND see a small rise or fall in income due to being promoted of relegated from your division.
