I want to change my club for another, 2 teams have no managers that i am interested in, but they are offered to other managers who have got teams a hell of a lot better than the ones offered, why dont people who have poor teams have the chance to manage a better one, instead of the best getting offered the best..........
It's their own choice. I manage a low-league Braintree Town club, but I'm happy with it.
