Can putting a player in the youth team help with his concern of lack of games?

I have a few players under 21 with lack of games concern. If i put them in my youth team will this help with the concern??

I'm not too sure about this as I have never seen a youth team player with concerns. I think it is better to put them in the youth team as it may show that they aren't part of the first team and it would take time before they make the grade. I don't feel that putting them in the youth team will further raise their concerns.
