Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

as replacement performed during the game? example, when I want a player to enter the area in becomes 70.si minute? where should I do? thanks

On your tactics page there will be an option for in-game instructions. There you can make substitutions or change tactics of your team during a game.
