I Can't make and accept any transfer with a managed club.

This is making me go mad i try to make/accept a transfer from a club managed by some one else.
It is always been blocked
am going insane.
I hav already discussed with this managers nd some agreed to sell this player to me.but i make a transfer nd it's blocked nd i increase or decrease the money but still the same.

    There are only 2 reasons that I can think to this.
    1. Either the offer may not be acceptable to your or the opposing chairman.
    2. You may be banned from performing transfers for some time as SM may suspect you to have done some illegal or unfair transfer activity in the past.
