I bought Luis Nani from Hull City last week for Aaron Lennon + 7 mil which was fair as nani is performing better in the game and I wanted rid of Lennon as he was on a level 2 concern about lack of games and not playing well. I also agreed a deal with the Hull City manager to sell him Fernando Gago as I had him loaned out and have no use for him anymore, however the SMFA blocked this deal with is strange cos the only reason I can think of is that the Hull City manager had some dodgy past deals but then the SMFA would have blocked the first deal also. I have read the help info on this topic but it still doesn't answer my question. I have messages to prove my had agreed a deal before the bid. look forward to the answer.
The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
In practice, if you are doing a number of deals with another manager in a short space of time this looks suspicious and as is often blocked (as it is the same thing a cheat would do).
